After dealing with one of the worst nights of my life I was able to retain Phil Stiles to be my lawyer. A very respectable lawyer that doesn't make you feel singled out. He was spectacular, keeping me fully updated on my case and aware of all the things (no hidden info). Was honest and upfront and helped me get through the court process with ease and was very accomodating to my odd schedule. 110% recommend this lawyer. Aitken was able to give me a payment plan to help pay my lawyer fees which helped a lot. Their response time is very adequate and accurate (no extensive wait times for replies). From first contact with Melanie at Aitken Robertson to having Phil Stiles take over our case it was extremely professional. We were treated with respect, kindness and integrity. Phil helped us navigate through an extremely scary and daunting situation. The charges were withdrawn due to Phil's experience and diligence. I contacted the firm and I was greeted by a really kind female, Lindsay. She was great at listening to my serious charges and was able to reach out to a lawyer to arrange a consultation. Before the consultation I felt the reception was competent and knowledgeable and felt even more confident after speaking to the lawyer Phil Styles. Phil has experience dealing with the courts in Peterborough which adds another layer of confidence. Before reaching out to Aitken Robertson I was scared and unser of how my case would go. I called a bunch of different firms and was told I'd need a larger firm or that firm didn't handle those matters. Phill stiles and the   Whole team At Aitken Robertson were absolutely awesome well prepared for my case.. allowed me to make payments on trial retainer. Nothing but good things to say about them definitely recommend them. Susan was also very kind and explained the process to me as we moved on throughout my case and made me feel comfortable not pressured when I had any types of questions. Thanks very much phill stiles my attorney. and Susan Cornett thanks for always being kind and supportive when calling the office. Could of not felt more supported... if you ever need a firm who's truly trustworthy and honest this is who you are looking for. Not to mention we won!!!! Best in the business
Phil was the best lawyer I could have imagined or wished for. I used to binge watch the show "suits" and say to myself, no way a lawyer is that dedicated to their job and stay up that late working. With Phil, that's the kind of investment and dedication I received, he worked countless hours, and I'm sure lost alot of sleep working on my case. If he had a question or something running through his head he would email me late at night sometimes. The same went for me, he was always quick to answer and kept me informed every step of the way. Because of Phil's hard work and dedication to me I am proven an innocent man, and I cannot thank you enough that I can still be here to provide for my family and kids without having to be behind bars. With his experience being on the other side before, he knew what to expect from the crown, and therefore was very capable of being thorough and not leaving any points behind. I can't recommend Phil Stiles enough.
If you are in need of a lawyer, please do not look any further. You are looking at the best of the best. If I could give Phil Stiles more then five ⭐️ I absolutely would! Phil is an amazing lawyer and person.

He told my partner he was invested into this case. He knew my partner was innocent. And that is exactly what he wanted to prove.

Phil went above and beyond for my partner. Many nights, Phil stayed up way later then he should have. (I hope you are catching up on your well deserved sleep!!) Phil, set up many phone calls and zoom meetings with my partner - to go over things, to ask questions, and to make sure my partner was prepared for court. He was also always keeping us in the loop and telling us what we could expect to happen next.

It didn't matter what time of day it was. If we or Phil had a question, or a thought .. he / we could email and he was always so quick to reply, Phil made us feel heard and cared for!

I truly can't thank him enough, for what he has done for my partner and our family!
Because of his hard work and dedication.. Phil was able to prove my partner's innocence.

Amazing service and the friendliest of staff! Phil helped my partner and I out of a tricky situation. We walked away with no criminal record and only had to do community hours. Phil Styles was my teen sons lawyer dealing with some serious charges.  I was very impressed by mr Styles knowledge and professionalism.  Best lawyer i have ever dealt with and would fully recommend to friends and family.
Easy to talk to and he explains everything step by step so you never feel out of the loop.  I could not be happier with the service provided by mr Styles

Extremely impressed with the work of this firm. My lawyer is Phil Stiles and I’ve never had legal representation do so much homework and digging for my case day and night. At a time where I felt hopeless he handled everything at all times very professionally. Every meeting, every appearance, every phone call gave me that much more confidence and understanding of the situation. When the trial date finally arrived I was given a list of all my options with advantages and disadvantages meticulously outlined. I was facing a D.U.I, jail time, and a 2 year driving suspension to which after I would have had to pay for back on track with a breathalyzer installed in my vehicle. After Mr. Stiles performed his magic.. I had no D.U.I, no jail time, no suspension, no need for back on track or a breathalyzer. It was a huge weight off of my shoulders... I would like to thank the lawyers at Aitken Robertson especially Philip Stiles and Lavina Inbar for helping me thru this most difficult time.
Everyone i was in contact with were very polite and professional.
Being a very high stress time of my life i could not have been happier to hear a "Not Guilty " verdict.
