Navigating a legal issue can be complex to say the least and having the right people in your corner is critical. To that end, Dan Lemaire and his team at Aitken Robertson were in my corner when I faced an unexpected legal challenge that could have had serious personal ramifications.

Dan was intentional and punctual in keeping me apprised of any and all developments in my case; his approach is thoughtful and his knowledge of the law is extensive. Beyond that, Dan made me feel as though I was more than a "case" and was a reassuring voice throughout the process.

I was assigned Rawi Asghar to represent me for a bail hearing with several delicate conditions recently.

I was released as per our set out plans.

Mr. Lemaire handled my case artfully, leading to a dismissal of charges. He was working on the edges and leveraged citations of precedent which created a clear narrative that any judge would have had a hard time refuting.

I am writing this review focusing on Mr.Dan Lemaire.  Before hiring Dan I did extensive research to find the correct lawyer for my case and a lawyer I could be comfortable speaking with.   I found that with Dan.  He presented himself not only as a knowledgeable professional but as an overall great person.   Dan was able to get me the best possible sentence and I am grateful for him and his wonderful office staff.

Aitken Robertson and Dan Lemaire were excellent to deal with.  There was no time wasting to burn hours, everything was straight forward and my questions and concerns were answered quickly. I ended with more then I expected with my case and could not be more impressed with the knowledge and expertise provided by Dan and his team. My experience with aitken Robertson
My experience with aitken Robertson criminal & dui defence lawyers was a great one. Dan lemaire was my lawyer and he greatly explained my matter and what the best option for my situation was.
