I am Junaid Singh Bakshi and I am an internationally trained lawyer. My approximately five years of experience in my home country included representing clients in superior courts and in courts of first instance as well. To me, law is religion which I preach. I believe that we generally tend to listen to others just to give a reply. But, it is when we listen with a focus on understanding the speaker, that we reach a level of understanding that can go a long way in making meaningful connections. And those connections can result in the solving of many types of issues. I believe cases are not won solely on the basis of favourable orders; they are truly won when you restore the faith of your client in the judicial system. The feeling of client satisfaction is more fulfilling than the feeling of winning cases.

After immigrating to Canada, I successfully cleared my NCA qualification and in doing so, I grew ever so fond of Canadian law, criminal and constitutional law to be specific. Carrying forward my know-how in handling briefs and conducting client meetings, to drafting arguments and representing clients in various court forums, I am here to hone my skills even further and to try to make the amazing happen when we fight together for your rights.
