Evidence Stricken From the Record

When I win cases, it’s most of the time, at least in the drinking and driving world, based on the fact that I’ve argued successfully to have evidence excluded. Essentially, maybe trials in my practice, especially drinking and driving related, are as much about the crown prosecuting my clients as it is about the defence holding the police to account for my client’s charter rights.
