Your Charter of Rights: Entering the Home Without Consent
If they enter your home without proper consent, then on its face they have violated at least one of your rights, the right against arbitrary search and seizure, under Section 8 of the charter. Other rights could also be violated but on its face, it’s at least one charter right violated.
