Edwin Boeve attended the University of Toronto where he graduated with a degree in Science and continued to pursue his interest in psychology while achieving a Master’s degree. After receiving his Law degree, he articled with the Ministry of the Attorney General, Crown Law Division in Toronto, where he had an opportunity to prepare appeals to both the Ontario Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Canada.
Edwin Boeve joined the firm of Aitken Robertson Barristers & Solicitors in 1999 and brought his expertise in conducting trials from the most routine drinking and driving case to very serious bodily harm cases. His extensive experience and thorough approach contributes to the firm’s success.
He is responsible for most of the firm’s appellate practice, having argued cases both at the Ontario Court of Appeal, and the Supreme Court of Canada.
Mr. Boeve is also one of the few Ontario lawyers who is also a qualified Breath Technician, another unique advantage that Aitken Robertson provides.
