I practiced criminal law in Toronto at my own firm from 1985 – 2015. I’ve done hundreds of judge alone trials and dozens of jury trials. After 30 years, I hung up the robes.
I believe everyone, at some time or another, needs someone to defend them. It is greater to find something in a person to defend. It is far easier to find something to prosecute.
