Edwin Boeve attended the University of Toronto where he graduated with Bachelor of Science degree with a focus in psychology, completed his Master’s Degree in Social Work and eventually received his Law degree. Mr. Boeve articled with the Ministry of Attorney General, Crown Law Division Toronto, where he had an opportunity to prepare appeals to both the Ontario Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Canada.
Mr. Boeve joined the firm of Aitken Robertson Barristers & Solicitors in 1999, and brought his expertise in conducting trials from impaired driving cases, to assault cases. His extensive experience and thorough approach contributes to the firm's success.
Having argued cases in both the Ontario Court of Appeal, and the Supreme Court of Canada, Mr. Boeve is responsible for the majority of the firm's appellate practice.
Mr. Boeve is also one of few Ontario lawyers who is a Qualified Breath Tech; another distinctive advantage that Aitken Robertson provides.
